SIGNAL ORIGIN

ORIGIN / 1980–2001

The signal began with a TI-99/4A, continued through Commodore and Amiga systems, and found its way onto BBS networks, SLIP and PPP connections, NNTP, IRC, Gopher, and the early Web.

During the Web’s formative years, Nathan Dale built and hosted sites, database applications, and publishing systems for clients through OJO Ink, his first infrastructure studio.

BROADCAST / 2001–2012

For The California Channel, Nathan maintained Linux, FreeBSD, Cisco, streaming, and media infrastructure supporting statewide legislative broadcasting and digital distribution.

That work joined web systems, media workflows, and bonded dual T1 circuits into one reliable public signal.

CURRENT TRANSMISSION

Today, Nathan provides ongoing platform consulting for clients including LiftTrucksArt.com while developing his own systems: Magic Pill Music, V4V Player, and DEMU Publisher.

This work is supported by infrastructure he maintains directly: self-hosted services, Bitcoin and Lightning nodes, and AI-assisted development environments for client sites and independent publishing tools.
