Membership and billing

Use your member account to update account or billing information, review your plan, or cancel future renewal. If you cannot sign in, try member sign-in with the same email address used to subscribe.

Email support

For access problems, billing questions, mistaken or duplicate payments, refund requests, or anything else related to the site, email hello@nathandale.com. Include the email address associated with the membership and enough detail to identify the issue. Never send a complete card number.

I will respond as soon as reasonably possible. Because this is a one-person operation, there is no guaranteed around-the-clock response time.
